Membership begins when your payment by any method clears. Your two options are:

Paypal secure page online (link below): This notifies NENA to look for your online payment. After you click "Proceed to Step 2" to send your Membership Form, you will go to a page where you can click a link to go to the PayPal secure website to pay dues. All major cards accepted, or use your PayPal account.
