Welcome New or Inactive ENs

The National Employment Network Association (NENA) was launched by leading employment networks who know what you want from an association -- because we want it too! We're here to give you what you need to succeed:

• time-saving resources
• networking
• education
• advocacy for Ticket Program improvements
• news & analysis of evolving Ticket Program

Despite the recession, active ENs report greater earnings under the new, more favorable Ticket Program rules. NENA encourages inactive or new ENs to begin accepting Tickets now to complete your learning curve as the recovery gains traction and more employment opportunities appear.

Personal networking with successful ENs is one of the many advantages of being a NENA member. Also, NENA is developing new resources and educational programs to help your organization.

Three leading ENs reviewed their financial spreadsheets and under the new package, all three found their total revenue would more than double compared to the former rates. Several factors are improving:

  1. Payments are increased substantially.
  2. Lower earnings thresholds during a 9-month Phase I pay ENs for Ticket-users working part-time (a new, lower "Trial Work Level").
  3. During Phase I, SSI and SSDI consumers generate the same EN pay.
  4. State Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) systems and ENs now have major new partnership opportunities.
  5. All SSDI beneficiaries can use a Ticket immediately upon their benefit award, no longer waiting several years for the first continuing disability review.

It's time to sign up and ramp up. Become a NENA member now and receive NENA resources for every step of the process. Click here to use NENA's secure online membership application.
