2011 Chair, Paul Luttrell



Paul Luttrell, MBA,
NENA Chair. VP-Business Development and Coordinator of the Ticket program for Adelante Development Center, Inc., Albuquerque, NM. Largest New Mexico EN, more than 130 Tickets assigned. Chair of the New Mexico DD Supported Employment Council for 7 years. Co-presented with Karen Davidson at 2009 NISH/AbilityOne National Conference. 30 years experience with employment programs in Indiana and New Mexico.



2011 President, Susan Webb
Susan Webb, MBA, JD
, NENA President and co-founder. 36 years of personal experience with a significant disability and is a former Social Security Disability beneficiary. A certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and Director of non-profit ABIL Employment Services in Phoenix, one of the nation's top-producing ENs, serving Arizona consumers. Former member of Ticket Advisory Panel, influential in drafting the original Ticket legislation, and is frequently requested to testify to Congress.



2011 Director, Lisa Jordan
Lisa Jordan, MS, CRC, GCDF-I
, NENA Treasurer. President of for-profit Human Solutions LLC, a national EN based in Buena Park, CA providing virtual services to consumers. In 15 years as a professional, Lisa has managed four disability-related programs serving over 2500 clients annually. Several programs won awards for outstanding performance/innovative service delivery. Lisa currently works with statewide and national nonprofit, government and WIA-funded programs doing curriculum development, training, and technical assistance on disability and work-related issues.


2011 Director, Pam Walker Pam Walker, NENA Secretary. CEO of Alliance Professional Services, LLC, for-profit EN established in 2008 and providing Ticketholders with pre-employment and job placement assistance. Over 25 years of management experience working in the legal arena and with major service corporations where she managed HR functions, developed training programs, policies, procedures and work tools that created streamlined, effective, cost/time saving business processes and contributed to a high employee retention rate. Leadership and Officer roles for national, state and local civic organizations.

2011 Director, Olivia Clawswon
Olivia Clawson, MSR, CWIC, NENA Director. Owner of national EN Employ-Ability LLC based in Arkansas. In 15 years supporting people with disabilities, Clawson helped to start microloan programs for self-employment and homeownership, raised over $2 million for the first accessible and green building in Arkansas and managed and provided quality assurance for Medicaid waiver community based supports. Her primary interests are provision of ongoing vocational supports, systems advocacy and educating beneficiaries about Social Security work incentives and reporting.


2011 Director, Charlene Dwyer
Charlene Dwyer, NENA Director. Nine years as Administrator of the Wisconsin Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Charlene is responsible for 300 staff, annual services to more than 25,000 VR customers and a budget in excess of $70 million. She has advocated for a healthy Ticket Program, presented VR perspectives to the Ticket Advisory Panel and Congress, is well-connected with national VR consensus-making through CSAVR Ticket Program activities and is the current CSAVR Treasurer.


2011 Director, Tammy Liddicoat
Tammy Liddicoat NENA Director. Executive Director of Employ-ment Resources, Inc. (ERI) since 2007. ERI, a Wisconsin non-profit, has guided SSA beneficiaries through benefits and employ-ment service systems for over 18 years. ERI services and training cover the intersections of disability, benefits and employment issues. ERI’s Ticket Program, ERI PLUS, provides employment retention services and assist people to manage the complexities of SSA and other benefits as they advance in employment post-VR. Expertise in marketing, training, planning, program development.



2011 Director, Jeff Lilley
Jeff Lilley, CCC NENA Director. Director of Back to Work Services, California employment network. A third generation Funeral Director who left family profession to become Ordained Minister working with the homeless and veterans with PTSD. Degrees in Mortuary Science, Biblical Studies and Theology. Self-described as "extreme extrovert who loves people places and things. I am easy to get along with and always remembered after the first meeting." Highly successful programs in Twitter, Facebook and other social networking media.


2011 Director, Thomas Linder
Thomas J. Linder, MS, CRC, NENA Director. Owner of Linder Consulting, a private voc rehab counseling, disability management and ergonomics consulting firm located in Oakland, CA. For-profit EN serving California consumers. Tom has over 30 years of experience in the field of vocational rehabilitation, including extensive work with disabled federal and private employees, disabled veterans and SSA Beneficiaries. Involved in the Ticket program since its inception in 1999.

 


2011 Director, Kevin Nickerson
Kevin Nickerson NENA Director. Coordinates a collaborative EN model through a local agreement with a One-Stop Career Center in New York, and Ticket to Work Coordinator for the NYS Disability Employment Initiative. Over 10 years operating an EN: developed many EN administrative tools, including Ticket Data Manager, Workforce IWP, intake and screening tools. He trains startup State DEI projects, and has piloted new EN options with Maximus and SSA. Over 17 years as a Social Security benefits advisor.


2011 Director, Steven Sachs


Steven Sachs PhD, CRC, NENA Director. Co-founder of NENA and Executive Director of Ticket to Work Services, LLC, a leading national EN. He holds a doctorate in Education and Psychology from Clark University and has been a nationally board certified Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for 25 years. He is also the author of an academic textbook, Voices of Reason, and a Licensed School Psychologist.




2011 Director, Debra Self
Debra Self NENA Director. Deaf Employment and Business Solutions LLC (DEBS), a national EN based in Michigan, providing deaf employment services for over 10 years, and Ticket to Work services for 3 years. DEBS focuses on the Ticket Program, engaging Work Force Development Board service providers in promoting deaf job services and accommodations in Michigan. Served on the Work Force Development board for 6 years. Worked closely with VR and Center for Independent Living organizations in Ticket Program rollout.


2011 Director, Paula Vieillet


Paula Reuben Vieillet, MA, CVE,
NENA Director. CEO of Employment Options, Florida-based for-profit national EN since 2002 with a 50% placement rate. Strong advocate for new Ticket Program regulations and liasion to the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals. Recently sponsored client who testified before Congress on her Ticket experience. Successfully placing persons with disabilities for 20 years and the author of Disabilities/Different Abilities: A New Perspective for Job Hunters.
