TakeCharge seeks clients who have already found a job, or who know they can do so on their own. Our Ticket To Work program includes; a 40 hour class room employability skills training, including such topics as; Attitude, Ethics, Motivation, Stress and Anger Management, Career Development, Job Search, Career Advancement and Show You're Dependable. Each participant's program participation is tailored to meet their specific needs during the job search phase and to assist them with maintaining employment.
